Why EU-first matters for voice AI

Voice AI processes some of the most sensitive data a business handles: live conversations with its customers. Where that processing happens is not a detail.

Hanc.AI is an EU company (Good Point GmbH, Vienna, Austria) running core processing in EU data centers: call handling and storage in Germany, AI processing in Sweden. Because we are established in the EU, no international transfer mechanism is needed between you and us — your contract is with an Austrian company under Austrian law.

Many US-based voice AI platforms cannot offer EU processing at all, or reserve their DPA for enterprise plans only. Our DPA applies to every customer — from a single-agent business to an enterprise — from the moment of registration.
